Chef Simon Brown

Chef Simon Brown is best known in Mississippi for his acclaimed tenure as the Chef de Cuisine at Seafood R'evolution in Ridgeland. A native of Dundee, Scotland, his notable local achievements include being named a "Culinary Innovator" by Certified Angus Beef and winning multiple awards for his dishes across the South. Covid took the best of us at this one, and Chef Simon was unable to attend. Never fear, Chef David Crews stepped in as the perfect fill-in and still served Simon’s planned menu.
