Chef Erik Niel’s appearance with the Delta Supper Club in Greenville, Mississippi was one of the organization’s standout events — blending fine dining, Delta storytelling, art, music, and regional ingredients into an immersive supper-club experience.

According to a feature in Country Roads Magazine, the dinner took place in a downtown Greenville art gallery and featured a seven-course menu by Chef Erik Niel, known for Easy Bistro & Bar and Main Street Meats.
