Make sure your membership is up to date before tickets go on sale! Only active members are eligible to purchase tickets and, due to high demand, they will be first-come-first-serve! You won't want to miss this one – tickets will go fast!

 

We will be hosting chef Chris Hastings from Birmingham, Alabama on May the 11th at the Babydoll House in Benoit, Mississippi. We are very excited to have chef Hastings here in the Delta! He is one of the Godfathers of Southern cuisine and has had an impressive impact on the food scene nationally. We have lots of fun plans for this one and hope you can join us! If you are making plans to stay in the Delta for the weekend, the Pour Mississippi Beer Festival will be held in Cleveland on Saturday the 12th and seems like a great way to follow up a DSC event. There are transportation companies based out of Cleveland and Greenville that will be available to be booked to take parties to and from Benoit for our event. We will get you more info on them as we get closer.

Also, please mark your calendar for July the 13th! Chef Erik Niel from Chattanooga, TN will be coming to the Delta to throw down East Tennessee style. Chef Niel is a James Beard Nominated chef who has helped to mold the food scene of Chattanooga. He and his wife, Amanda, have two restaurants as well as the Scenic City Supper Club! Through all of these avenues, they have helped to create a buzz around the food in Chattanooga that had not been there before. We are excited to bring the Scenic City to the Mississippi Delta!
