The Delta Supper Club General Scholarship was established to bridge the gap for those entering in the culinary field between their education and becoming established in the field. Too many times hard working students or those early in their culinary career are finding it hard to establish themselves in the industry. Often this is due to the lack of monetary resources needed to simply get to an interview, pay the first months rent in a new town or simply the money to turn on the utilities. The Delta Supper Club wants to help bridge this gap, along with providing guidance, connections within the industry & resources to help Mississippi's rising stars reach their full potential.  If you or someone you know could benefit from these resources please download this application and forward it for review.
