Chef edward lee

The inaugural Delta Supper Club event at the historic Dockery Plantation outside Cleveland, Mississippi was led by based Louisville, Kentucky-based Chef Edward Lee of 610 Magnolia, Milkweed and Succotash. Chef Lee is a four-time James Beard Foundation Award nominee for 'Best Chef: Southeast'. He has written a cookbook, Smoke & Pickles, that celebrates his cooking of honoring Southern cuisine with Asian flavors. Chef Lee was a contestant on Season 9 of 'Top Chef', the culinary host of Season 3 of "Mind of a Chef" and has served as a guest judge on "MasterChef".   


Chef cory bahr

Chef Cory Bahr of Monroe, Louisiana served as our leader for a one-of-a-kind event at the New Roxy Theatre in Clarksdale, Mississippi. Chef Bahr is the owner of Restaurant Cotton and Nona in Monroe. He has been recognized as Food and Wine's 'People's Best New Chef' and Taste of the South's 'Taste 50'.  Chef Bahr was named 'King of Louisiana Seafood' in 2011, serves as a spokesperson for Louisiana Seafood, and is a regular host for the Great American Seafood Cook-Off.  In 2012 he was the winning chef on season 12 of Food Network's "Chopped".


Chef Alex Harrell

In an airplane hangar at Greenwood Leflore Airport, Chef Alex Harrell of Angeline in New Orleans, Louisiana, delivered a spectacular dinner surrounded by vintage World War 2 aircraft and the trappings of what Greenwood Army Air Base once was. Chef Harrell rose through the kitchens of some of New Orleans most acclaimed chefs, such as Susan Spicer and Gerard Maras before opening his own restaurant Angeline in the historic French Quarter in 2014.

Chef Michelle Bernstein

Indianola MS and the world famous B.B. King Museum served as host to Miami's Chef Michelle Bernstein. She brought all of her Latin flavor and influence to the Delta with a fine dining menu that was one of a kind.  Prior to the event our guests were allowed to explore B.B.'s history and influence in the Delta and our nation along with a private concert performed by a local youth choir.  Chef Bernstein has been a fixture in the Miami restaurant scene for years & was presented a James Beard award in 2008.


Chef Tomas Curi

Chef Tomas Curi is originally from Houston TX but has spent his culinary career traveling the world. He went to culinary school in Tuscany before returning to the states to cook his way from Portland to New York City where he has called home for the last ten years. Chef Curi brought us a full blown Northern Italian experience at an old retired cotton Gin in Dunlieth MS.


Chef David Crews & Chef Ty Thames

Chefs Crews & Thames combined forces for un unbelievable night at Heathman Plantation outside of Indianola MS. These two always have more fun than anyone else and brought the party to us. This was our first kick of social, with a little different style than our normal events. Instead of a seated multi course dinner,  stations were set up to sample a  array of creative Mississippi dishes along with a concert upstairs with Jake and the Pearl Street Jumpers. 


Chef Kent Graham

Chef Kent Graham educated our guests at the old school house in Yazoo City known as the Triangle Cultural Center. Chef Graham has cooked all over the country and has settled back in Memphis TN to expand his culinary operations. Chef Graham brought our guest all of his southern flair with new and exciting dishes and flavors. Our guests heard were treated to the story of the Witch of Yazoo as presented by the Witch herself along with a after dinner show from Delta native Craig Adams.


Chef Vishwesh Bhatt

A one of a kind event on the banks of the Mississippi River! Chef Vishwesh Bhatt has been a staple in the City Grocery Groups kitchens for some time and has garnered national acclaim for his culinary skills, including multiple James Beard Award nominations. He is the Executive Chef at The Snackbar in Oxford MS but was born and raised in Gujarat, India.  On July 21st, over looking the Mississippi River, at the Tunica River Park Museum, Chef Bhatt brought us a taste of his childhood.

Chef Slade Rushing

We proudly welcomed Chef Slade Rushing, Executive Chef of Brennan's Restaurant and native of Tylertown, MS to #DeltaSupperClub at Linden Plantation in Glen Allan, #Mississippi on October 13th!! Chef Rushing has been a James Beard Award Finalist for 'Best Chef South' 2015, 2016 & 2017! His 'rustic to regal' path began outdoors, hunting & fishing with his family as a young boy; but the love for fine dining collided with age, and he now resides and runs one of the most fond and known restaurants in the#NOLA #FrenchQuarter...
